Live attenuated pigeon pox virus, strain NJ, min.10^4.0 EID₅₀

Active immunisation of pigeons to pox virus infection (diphtheria in pigeons);

Onset of immunity: At the latest 21 days after vaccination;

Duration of immunity: Minimum 9 months

Minimum age at vaccination: 4 weeks

Intrafollicular method of administration

Vaccine with the content of 50 doses is diluted in 5 ml of Diluent.

Pluck 8 to 10 feathers from the medial side of the leg and smooth the vaccine into the uncovered follicles, by using the vaccination brush. Do not disinfect the site of application.

Subcutaneous method of administration

Vaccine with the content of 50 doses is diluted in 10 ml of Diluent.

0.2 ml of vaccine is applied into the neck area.

Use the vaccine within 1 hour, after suspension. Shake well before and occasionally during administration.

Do not use in sick animals nor in flocks with pigeons already infected.
Store at temperature between +2°C to +8°C, in dark and dry place.
Prevent from frost.
Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
