By placing an order and confirming payment on, you are entering into a legally binding contract in accordance with the following terms and conditions of sale.

The price of the goods shall be the price listed on our website on the date and time of your order, inclusive of any VAT, if applicable. All prices displayed on the website are quoted in Euro and must be paid in full, including any delivery charges (If applicable). All prices may vary.

Whilst we will try to ensure that prices on the website are accurate, we are not responsible for errors that may occur. If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel the order. The price of all goods and services advertised are inclusive of any applicable taxes including VAT.

All goods and services are subject to availability. If for any reason an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you. If available, we will offer an alternative; or refund the out of stock item from the order at your discretion. We do not operate a back order system, therefore the balance of your order will automatically be adjusted to reflect your choice of option. We will not supply substitute products or supply an alternate product without your authorization.

Any goods, services or information displayed on this website should not be regarded as an offer, invitation, solicitation, advice or recommendation to buy a product or service on the website.

No warranties or representations are made about any goods other than as expressly contained in this website. To the extent permissible by law all implied terms, whether by statute or otherwise, are excluded.

We will treat each order for goods, which is confirmed when you click the 'Send Order ' check this button to confirm it is the right one on the Checkout screen (is this the screen), as an offer by you to purchase the goods and services subject to these terms and conditions. We shall supply you, subject to availability, with the quantity and specification of goods set out in your order. Any email or other electronic acknowledgement by us, of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by Vetmedic Pharmacy or ANDRE SCERRI ENTERPRISES LIMITED (company number C19308) of your order. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and Vetmedic Pharmacy or ANDRE SCERRI ENTERPRISES LIMITED (company number C19308), will take place upon dispatch to you of the products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or if you have cancelled the order.

Customer Responsibility
It is the responsibility of our customers to ensure that products purchased from our pharmacy are allowed to be imported in their country, to avoid any problems when receiving the products. Customers should check if any permits or other special permissions are required before purchasing a particular product. Should there be, it is important that the customer obtains these permits or permissions before pressing the buy button for any particular product. Should any products be confiscated or destroyed we shall not refund any money to the customer. Notwithstanding the above, should any products be returned by any customs office from any country, undamaged and fit for resale, we shall issue a refund for the products (not for the transport costs). It is up to our discretion to judge whether the products are fit for resale or not. Only if the products are fit for resale will we issue a refund, If the products are not fit for resale, we shall send images to the customer, to be able to show him/her the state of the products when they were returned to our pharmacy.

Delivery shall be made at the address specified by you on your account. We guarantee an efficient dispatch worldwide of any products ordered and paid for, within 24 hours of receipt of your payment, and allow you to track your order online (provide link to the ‘Order tracking’ page. If any product you order is not in stock, one of our experts shall contact you personally to discuss your requirement for an alternative product, should we have one available. If no alternative product is agreed upon, we undertake to refund the money you paid us within the next 24 hours. We will make every effort to deliver within the times specified, but delivery times quoted are approximate only and we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience arising from failure to provide the advertised service because of factors which could reasonably be considered to be outside our control. We strongly advise that if the goods are required for a specific date they are ordered in advance to avoid any disappointment.

Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, you can either return the item for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 15 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. We shall not pay for or refund any costs towards the return of any item to us.

Returns and replacements
We want you to be satisfied with every item you purchase from us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy. We accept the return of all other items only if they are unopened and in their original condition. The only exceptions are items sold through Special offers and/or Clearance Sales, which are not returnable or refundable. Any packaging should be unblemished and in good condition so it may be resold. If you return goods, as detailed below, within 15 days, we will send you a full refund for the price you paid for the item, excluding any transport costs. Please, before return, contact us (link this to our contact page) for us to provide you with a Returns Number which you must include when sending back your order. This Returns Number is a requirement for all returned orders - without it we cannot provide a refund! Enclose a note giving the reason for the return, and always wrap the package securely before sending back any item.

Defective items:
You can always return items if they are defective. Please note: we only refund returns of items that have been defective upon receipt. Please see "To return an item" below for details of how to return defective items to us.

Procedure for returning any items:

We shall then provide you with a Returns Number which you must include when sending back your order. This Returns Number is a requirement for all returned orders - without it we cannot provide a refund! Enclose a note giving the reason for the return, and always wrap the package securely before sending back any item. In the case of a defective product, please provide us with images when you first contact us, and a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all package inserts or any other documents received in the package. Cancelling an order
Items can be cancelled by phone within 24 hours of placing your order. Due to our guarantee of an efficient dispatch worldwide of any products ordered and paid for, within 24 hours of receipt of your payment, if an order being requested to be cancelled has already been dispatched, we shall not be able to refund your shipping costs. If the item has not already been dispatched we shall also refund your shipping costs. When phoning to cancel an order you must then also confirm cancellation of the order in writing via email, fax or letter. The following order details must be supplied when cancelling an order: - Contact details (name, address, email address, contact number) - Order reference - The date that you placed the order

Limit of Liability
Vetmedic Pharmacy’s liability for any injury, damage or loss, in particular consequential loss, arising from the use of any goods purchased via this website, or from the transaction itself, are hereby excluded. Any injury, damage or loss arising directly from the negligence of Vetmedic Pharmacy or any of its agents will be limited to a refund of the value of the goods purchased only.

Whilst all reasonable care is taken to protect the confidentiality of your credit card details and personal information, Vetmedic Pharmacy cannot be liable if, through no fault of its own, these details are intercepted by and used by a third parties.

Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Maltese law. Nothing in these terms and conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
